The Oklahoma superhero noir film “The Grave” is smashing its way online to kick off the Reckless Summer Sessions on YouTube! Cast and crew will join for a live show as well.

The screening is set for 8 p.m. Central time Saturday, May 7 at https://www.youtube.com/goreckless_/live

It can be watched following the live screening on the Reckless Abandonment YouTube channel here.

“The Grave” stars Rett Terrell, Collin Place, Alissa Rose Ford, Adam Hampton, Stephen Goodman  and Jacob Snovel. Kyle William Roberts directs.

“The Grave” was written by Matthew L. Price and was based on his comic book character who first appeared in “Speeding Bullet Comics Presents.”

The hard-hitting, comic book-inspired film is a pulp noir-style adventure set in the freewheeling Oklahoma City in the 1920s.  In 1920s Oklahoma City, a few men are above the law. Fortunately, crusading reporter Walter Crim stands up to those who would oppress the innocent. When Crim can’t achieve his aims through the press alone, he becomes the dark avenger known as The Grave!

“The Grave” screened at San Diego’s Comic-Con International in 2018, and was named best short film at December’s “Oklahoma Film Fest ’18.”

“For the first time ever, we’re going to release our superhero film ‘The Grave’ for free to the public!” Roberts said. “Join us on YOUTUBE LIVE as several of our CAST/CREW members will be there answering your questions on how we brought to life the 1920s crime-fighting vigilante!”

The YouTube Live session is produced by Ricky Pope.
